1Overview

This page explains how to delete your OudBid account and the personal data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp number and the records of messages we sent you through WhatsApp.

OudBid is operated by TAKE IT SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED. See our Privacy Policy at https://oudbid.com/privacy for how we collect and use your data.

2Delete your account yourself

You can delete your account at any time:

  • Sign in to OudBid.
  • Open Settings (https://oudbid.com/settings).
  • Choose Delete My Account and confirm.
  • Your account is deleted straight away and cannot be recovered.

3Ask us to delete your data

If you cannot sign in, or you want us to delete specific data, contact us by email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +66 94 982 5568.

Please send your request from the email address or WhatsApp number linked to your account and tell us the name on your account, so we can confirm the request comes from you.

4What we delete

  • your account profile: name, email address, WhatsApp number and shipping address;
  • your bids, auction memberships and items you created;
  • your notification settings and your in-app notifications;
  • our records of email and WhatsApp messages we sent you.

5What we may keep

We may keep records of completed purchases, such as the item, the winning bid and the date, where the law requires us to keep them for tax or accounting purposes or where we need them to resolve a dispute. We keep these records only for as long as required and then delete them.

6How long it takes

We reply to confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

7Messages already in WhatsApp

Messages we have already delivered to you are also stored in your WhatsApp app and by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Deleting your OudBid account does not remove them from your chat. You can delete the chat with OudBid in WhatsApp at any time.
